Client Families
Our individual clients satisfy a few fairly basic requirements. They are nice, they want to be helped, and they are (or are aspiring to be) financially successful within their means. Over time, many of our clients introduce us to people they care about.
We don't require stated minimum asset levels to begin working together. During our initial discussion, we hope to learn more about each other and begin the process of building trust. As much as we are striving to earn a working relationship with people, we are also helping them to determine if an advisor relationship makes sense at the time.
Companies/Business Owners
A significant portion of our work is done with small to mid-size businesses. We provide support to help plan sponsors manage retirement plans and group benefits plans. We offer a highly committed one-on-one service model for employees, the business owner, and the human resources team.
We offer an experienced and mindful approach to business transition/estate planning and work diligently to incorporate a team approach between advisor, attorney, CPA, etc.
Often times, we find small business owners are not taking advantage of the tax-favored programs that are available to them and their employees. We strive to make them aware of all options.
